COVID-19 Notice

ANIMETOS is closely monitoring the developments related to COVID-19 and we are adhering to all regulations and guidelines from the World Health Organization and local public health authorities.

Please understand that the pandemic has caused major delays to international delivery over the past few months, but we have been monitoring your parcels and shipping times are now as fast as 10 business days. Of course we cannot promise these shipping times as some parcels are still taking up to 10 weeks to arrive.

We are proud to give our lovely customers the best value and service, and that is why we provide FREE tracked shipping from our warehouses.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical and customs’ reasons, items in the same purchase invoice may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve requested combined shipping. Of course, you will be provided with the tracking numbers of all the separate shipments.

Risk-Free Shipping Guarantee

We always want to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but unfortunately sometimes unexpected delays (customs, weather, etc.) do happen. If for whatever reason your goods don’t arrive within 90 days, we will either send a replacement product free of charge or you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!


The majority of our products are shipped successfully without incurring any customs fees. However, it is still important for you to do your due diligence to check for any fees that might be incurred when shipped crossing the customs border into your country. We would also like to mention that we are not responsible for any delays during custom checks as we have no control over the shipping times once the parcel has been shipped. However, you can still inform us on any concerns you might have on the shipping and we can do what we can to ease your worries. 

In order for us to keep shipping costs low and avoid any customs fees due to expensive single shipment, we may ship out your orders in separate parcels. Hence, please take note and don’t be alarmed if you don’t receive all your orders in a single package. Of course, you will be provided with the tracking numbers of all the separate shipments.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address entered is correct. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.


By placing an order at ANIMETOS, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to ANIMETOS. Please refer to our international returns policy for further information on how to return your packages.
